Crossing the Bridges offers the unique opportunity to serve you in your home where we are able to see the strengths and possibilities that traditional therapists never see, and we are able to build on the successes that are already happening in your home.  We can also meet with you in our office where we meet where you are at and work to get to where you desire to be.
